In the Winterweek a combination of lectures, practical sessions and stimulating discussions is provided by experts in the field of Regional Anesthesia and Acute and Chronic Pain management.
The venue of the congress allows also discussions and professional interaction outside the Congress during active sports and leisure and contributes to the open and relaxing atmosphere of this conference.
The lectures are state of the art lectures of new developments and knowledge in regional anaesthesia and pain management.
The workshops provide practical knowledge and skills which can be directly applied in daily practice. New developments relating not only to regional anaesthesia but which may also be applied in other fields of anaesthesia are also discussed and taught.
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept li ability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

The 15th ESRA Winter Week Conference is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS): www.uems.net
The 15th ESRA Winter Week Conference is designated for a maximum of, or up to, 17 European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert EACCME credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognized by the UEMS-EACCME for ECMEC credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. From Innsbruck’s airport, you can reach the Ötztal by train. All regional trains stop in Ötztal Bahnhof at the entrance to the valley. From there you take the public bus line or a taxi.

Travelling by train is more flexible and relaxing than you imagine. The trains of Austria’s ÖBB or Germany’s DB railway companies take you safely to Tirol. Simply book your train ticket online and head for unforgettable days in the Ötztal.
You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi – which takes you directly to your accommodation in the valley. All important details on bus timetables, direct connections and taxi services are available here.
