REGISTRATION FEES (RATES ARE IN EUR)

ESRA members – 875 Euros *

* The price includes coffee breaks on both course days, small dinner and the social event (brewery visit) for all participants on Friday night, lunch on Saturday and the course book (Pocket Guide to Teaching).

If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us in advance by emailing events@esraeurope.org .We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card online: Visa or MasterCard
By Bank Transfer (additional 30 EUR handling fee is required):

• Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 14 days or by November 13th, 2026; whichever is sooner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to office@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows, minus the applicable processing fees of the initial payment:

• Cancellations received until and including October 8^th, 2026 – full refund
• Cancellations received between October 9^th to November 12^th, 2026 – 50% will be refunded
• As of November 13^th, 2026 – no refund will be made

Please note that administration fees (30 euros) for offline payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
