CONFERENCE STRUCTURE

In the Winter Week a combination of lectures, practical sessions and stimulating discussions is provided by experts in the field of Regional Anaesthesia, Obstetrics, Acute and Chronic Pain management.

The venue of the congress allows also discussions and professional interaction outside the Congress during active sports and leisure and contributes to the open and relaxing atmosphere of this conference.

The lectures are state of the art lectures of new developments and knowledge in regional anaesthesia and pain management.

The workshops provide practical knowledge and skills which can be directly applied in daily practice. New developments relating not only to regional anaesthesia, but which may also be applied in other fields of anaesthesia are also discussed and taught.

• Non–Member – 1.160 Euros
• ESRA Member – 1.050 Euros
• ESRA Trainee Member (Students/Fellows/Nurses) – 830 Euros

*Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception are included in the registration fee. If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us in advance by emailing events@esraeurope.org . We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard

By Bank Transfer (additional 30 EUR handling fee is required):

• Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 14 days or by December 20th, 2026; whichever is sooner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to events@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows, minus the applicable processing fees of the initial payment:

• Cancellations received until and including November 15th, 2026 – full refund
• Cancellations received between November 16th to December 19th, 2026 – 50% will be refunded
• As of December 20th, 2026 – no refund will be made

Please note that administration fees (30 EUR) for offline payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The ESRA Office and Scientific Committee cannot be held liable for any personal accidents, or for the loss of or damage to personal belogings of participants and accompanying persons. All participants and accompanying persons are stringly advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance to ensure adequate coverage throughout for their stay.
