WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

Unique and intimate hands-on learning experience. Lectures, practical sessions and stimulating discussions will be led by leading experts in the field of Regional Anaesthesia.

This is a two-days intensive hands-on cadaver workshop is especially offered to Eastern European physicians to improve their skills in Regional Anaesthesia. After expert lectures the workshop is focused on hands-on practice using fresh frozen, fixed/standard cadavers and live models. Participants will acquire a sound knowledge of ultrasound imaging and needling techniques.

RESTRICTION

The reduced workshop fee is restricted to participants from:

  • The Group of Eastern European States (EEG) – Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Lativia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Türkiye, Turkmenistan and from low-income/lower middle-income countries.

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Bank Transfer (additional 30 EUR handling fee is required):

  • Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 14 days or by September 26th, 2025; whichever is sooner.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to office@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellations received until and including September 4th, 2025 – full refund
    Cancellations received between September 5th to September 25th, 2025 – 50% will be refunded
    As of September 26th 2025 – no refund will be made

Please note that administration fees for offline payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
