Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a cancellation fee of EUR 30 will be applied and bank transfer charge will not be reimbursed.

  • Cancellations received up and including 22 December 2020 – full refund
  • Cancellations received between 23 December and 14 January 2021 – 50% refund
  • As of 15 January 2021 – no refund will be made
