Unique and intimate hands-on learning experience. Lectures, practical sessions and stimulating discussions will be led by leading experts in the field of Regional Anaesthesia.
This is a two-days intensive hands-on cadaver workshop is especially offered to Eastern European physicians to improve their skills in Regional Anaesthesia. After expert lectures the workshop is focused on hands-on practice using fresh frozen, fixed/standard cadavers and live models. Participants will acquire a sound knowledge of ultrasound imaging and needling techniques.
The reduced workshop fee is restricted to participants from Eastern European countries – Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine – from lower income economies – Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and from low-income/lower middle-income countries. The XX ESRA Eastern European Cadaver Workshop, Prague, Czech Republic 29/09/2023 – 30/09/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 15.0 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applictations
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Each participant will claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 0,5 ECMEC® for 30 minutes of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. cf. Chapter XIII of UEMS 2023.07.
A feedback survey will be sent by email to all participants after the workshop takes place. Once this form completed, your certificate will be delivered shortly after the deadline date.
