WORKSHOP STRUCTURE
ESRA’s first dedicated hands-on PoCUS course is an introductory programme built for anaesthesiologists who want to bring practical ultrasound into everyday perioperative care.
Over two intensive days – plus online pre-course modules developed by USabcd – you’ll build the skills to answer the clinical questions that matter at the bedside: gastric ultrasound, lung and diaphragm assessment, focused assessment with sonography in trauma (FAST), airway assessment and focused transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).
Why this course stands out: • An internationally recognised faculty with extensive PoCUS experience • A low participant-to-faculty ratio for genuine supervised practice • Extensive theoretical preparation beforehand, so on-site time is spent scanning
