WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

ESRA’s first dedicated hands-on PoCUS course is an introductory programme built for anaesthesiologists who want to bring practical ultrasound into everyday perioperative care.

Over two intensive days – plus online pre-course modules developed by USabcd – you’ll build the skills to answer the clinical questions that matter at the bedside: gastric ultrasound, lung and diaphragm assessment, focused assessment with sonography in trauma (FAST), airway assessment and focused transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).

REGISTRATION FEES (RATES ARE IN EUR)*

• Non-member –  995 Euro
• ESRA member – 895 Euro
• ESRA Trainee (Students/Fellows/Nurses) – 695 Euros

*Coffee and lunch breaks are included in the registration fee. If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us in advance by emailing events@esraeurope.org .We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard

By Bank Transfer (additional 30 EUR handling fee is required):

• Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after 14 days or by October 26th, 2026; whichever is sooner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to office@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows, minus the applicable processing fees of the initial payment:

• Cancellations received until and including September 27th, 2026 – full refund
• Cancellations received between September 28th to October 25th, 2026 – 50% will be refunded
• As of October 26th, 2026 – no refund will be made

Please note that administration fees (30 EUR) for offline payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
