Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

• Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged with the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Society account on time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to office@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Cancellations received until and including January 8^th, 2023 – full refund
• Cancellations received between January 9^th to February 5^th, 2023 – 50% will be refunded
• As of February 6^th – no refund will be made

Note that in case of an offline payment the 30 Euro bank transfer charge will not be reimbursed.

Accreditation Statement and Credit Designation

The 33rd ESRA RA Cadaver Workshop, Innsbruck, Austria, 03/03/2023-04/03/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Credit Breakdown

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 9 and 23
In order to help you issue individual certificates to each participants, please find below the breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. Cf. Chapter X of UEMS 2016.20.

Certificates

A feedback survey will be sent by email to all participants after completion of the event. Once this form completed, your certificate will be delivered automatically in 24h time.
