Payment of registration fees (in EUR) can be made as follows:

  • Please ensure that the name of the Workshop and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged with the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Society account on time.

 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to office@esraeurope.org
Refund of registration fee will be as follows, minus the applicable processing fees of the initial payment:

  • Cancellations received until and including October 16th, 2025 – full refund
  • Cancellations received between 17th October to 13th November, 2025 – 50% will be refunded
  • As of November 14th, 2025 – no refund will be made

Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a cancellation fee of EUR 30 will be applied, and this bank transfer charge will not be reimbursed.

Accreditation Statement and Credit Designation

The 6th ESRA Instructor Course, Antwerp, Belgium 12/12/2025 – 13/12/2025, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 9.0 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that s/he actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Information regarding the conversion of EACCME® credits

Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities. Physicians wishing to convert EACCME® credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ will be required to access the AMA website at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Physicians and other health care professionals will be required to pay a processing fee to the AMA.

For other countries, please contact the relevant national/regional accreditation authority.

Credit Breakdown

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 22 of UEMS 2023.07.

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 0,5 ECMEC® for 30 minutes of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. cf. Chapter XIII of UEMS 2023.07.

Certificates

A feedback survey will be sent by email to all participants after the event.
Once this form has been completed, your certificate will be delivered after the survey deadline.
